ISO – Quality Management Certification
ISO certification is the international standard for quality management systems, based on a number of principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement.
cGMP Compliant
The Federal Drug Administration ensures the quality of drug products by carefully monitoring drug manufacturers' compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations, which set minimum requirements for the methods, facilities, and controls used in manufacturing, processing, and packing of a drug product. The regulations make sure that a product is safe for use, and that it has the ingredients and strength it claims to have. As a print vendor, this certification most commonly applies to product documentation, with monitoring and quality controls to ensure it's consistent, complete and error-free.
G7® Color Management Master Facility Certification
This measurement process employs a set of calibration specifications for achieving gray balance in printed materials. It is designed to deliver visual similarity across all print processes, from job to job, with different operators and presses, even at different plants and locations. It also helps ensure that reprints will always look consistent.
CA Board of Pharmacy Certified 3PL
A recent ruling of the California Board of Pharmacy requires that any Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider have an employee on staff that is formally certified to handle medical devices or pharmaceutical products that are stored or shipped, and that the broader staff is also trained to handle these materials. OCPC embraces and adheres to this ruling by having a qualified representative and trained staff at our warehousing and fulfillment facility to ensure proper treatment of these materials including handling, tracking, and other documentation. In doing so, our clients can be assured that their products are handled correctly, and that they too are in full compliance with these regulations.
