The Direct Materials Procurement Team provides the resources, processes, governance, and systems for acquiring materials such as paper, paperboard, labels, ink, adhesives, plates, shipping cartons, and supplies to help RRD maintain a competitive advantage that enables growth.

With a focus on reducing end-to-end cost and quantifying risk, strategic sourcing drives new supplier selection, contracting, and supplier governance aligned to documented category strategies. RRD’s operations team strives to enable efficient and effective purchasing while ensuring policy compliance.

Outsourcing services are defined as products or services that are purchased for resale to a customer. i.e., Printing, Binding, Offline Finishing, Card Printing, Coating Services, Composition Services, Retail Solutions, Custom Packaging, Envelopes, Forms, Labels, Mailing, Tags and Translations. We partner with Contracted suppliers that are aligned with our documented category strategies, compliance and are financially staple with an acute focus on delivering quality products and services.

Supply Chain Services manages the services and goods used to transport and deliver products to RRD facilities and end customers. Examples include transportation (such as truckload, LTL, parcel), mail commingling, warehousing, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, supply chain asset leasing (vehicles, material handling), third-party logistics, and audit services.
