Having been involved in the communication delivery services industry for over 28 years, Brian is the architect in RRD’s Omnichannel Communication and Hosted Client Communications Managed Services group. Brian is very knowledgeable in the digital communications industry and sits on several advisory boards including the OpenText Cloud and Digital Experience Advisory Board, Quadient Inspire, and Solimar Systems. When not focused on client communications, Brian enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with his three grandchildren.

Sam Turley

Sam Turley, Precision Dialogue Research Lead, RRD

Sam has a passion for qualitative research, a diverse client background, and nearly a decade of experience in user and customer experience research. She has led a range of research and strategy projects for industry leaders across global logistics, science, finance, medical, insurance, retail, dining, and beyond.

Sam joined RRD from Citigroup, where she led research, strategic, and innovation activities for international procurement and high-value corporate contract management activities. Before Citi, she worked on projects for more than a dozen national and international consumer research firms.

She earned a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Marshall University. In her spare time, she does volunteer educational outreach on behalf of NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
